Account Manager, Oral Surgery

We currently seeking an Account Manager with a passion for exceptional customer service in the dental industry to join our business.

 

This is a part time sales opportunity, it is anticipated that the role will be achieved in a flexible work pattern of either 3 days a week or between 9 and 3, five days a week.

 

Reporting to the Business Development Manager for Oral Surgery, this role is responsible for retaining long term customer relationships with established Oral Surgery customers. As Account Manager for this defined group of customers, you will work collaboratively with the business to achieve annual sales objectives by:

 

  • Promoting and selling a defined portfolio of Oral Surgery products and solutions;
  • Building strong working relationship with existing Oral Surgery customers;
  • Ensuring that service levels and support to these customers is of the highest standard;
  • Providing customers with information on new products and treatment planning options in a timely manner; and
  • Building the customers capabilities and confidence with our product range and Oral Surgery in general


To succeed in this role you will have a genuine pride in delivering exceptional customer service.  You will use your energy and drive to positively influence dental professionals as you provide an exceptional customer experience, taking them through a seamless and consultative sales process.  You will be sensitive to the needs of professional customers and enjoy making a contribution to their practice as a trusted partner.

 

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Proven Account Management sales experience ideally in Dental, Implant or medical field (desirable)
  • A strong background in relationship sales.
  • Practical knowledge and experience of the treatment planning, design and delivery of implant dentistry (desirable).
  • Achievement oriented and motivated by goals and sales activity.
  • Ability to influence customers and a proven track record in converting sales activities into closed sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised - this role is autonomous and a high level of self-management is required.
